I really like this but the bottom portion feels like it doesn't really need to be there, that's really the only "messy" part I don't like. The rest is really good. I know that it's hard to keep the dimensions sometimes and work with the parts you have but perhaps if you moved the hand down or something, or added some burning and/or clipping/smudging. Messy can be a good thing if you follow it through. The bottom just feels unfinished to me for some reason.

Oh, also, since you have those two white light streaks if you added in some lighting effects comming off his fingers or from his palm that might look really cool, and then you could follow those effects down enough to blend in better with the bottom portion of his hand that would be really cool as well.

It does feel it needs to be blended a bit more from the transition of the dark ring around his hand to the dodged areas / lighted areas.

I do love this though it's VERY good. I'm not usually one for such tags but I'd use it!!
Keep up the great work. It's very impressive. I love the colors and I do like how the hand is kind of coming up through the cement or whatever. Very very nice.

I think the effects are a bit over sharpened and a bit bright.

Agree with Fork, also think that the Effects creep a little too much up into the hand. kinda distracts from the concept. I'd also take out all the effects around the thumb and all the way round the fingers as it doesnt really fit.
