Yepper, I was gonna say you needed to smudge spidey but you beat me to it!

Snazzy sig. The bg might be a little thin at the right top corner where it looks like clouds, maybe some more detailed smudging there. The left side of his face and inside of his chest shouldn't have any lighting on them, so you could fix that too and it'll give it abit more depth.

Anywho, good job on your smudging! Nice sig. =D

I kinda dont like the colors. The original colors would be better.

Yes, this ones better.. But
You need to add some more effects make it stand out more!
At the mo, its very flat, and not a lot is going on!
Check some tuts and see if you can develop it :)

lighting is pretty good depth could use some work ,
smudging looks ok flow is a little strange have 3 i think if u had the flow going in the direction oh his leg may make it more realistic and will just look better imo .
colors id try lightning up a tad bit too still seems a bit too dark . kiu tho great start . if need help u can pm me maybe i can help u enough to understand what im saying . ttyl and gl on next vs

Doesn't really need to be fancy, but I agree with sirenzo completely, the smudging would have most likely looked better if in the direction of the leg. The render gives you an idea of how the flow in your tag should work.

The lighting is nice, I like it. :]
