its neat. I think the sniper should move more places and have the text that appears be more visible. Good job though.

lol I cant have many layers because our forums cant handle the amount of layers that I would have it.

it's alright, the animation is horrid, ruins everything i think, maybe try adding some effects behing the crosshairs, other than a clear background, and add some effects to the text if you are going to have it appear and go away.
