idk if you are really the one who made this, i dont trust you so much. I think you got the template and added text. Or you ripped it. Can i have psd?

if he got a psd then it wouldnt matter if you saw it or not. A psd is a psd and unless its one of those ones with 1 layer. you wont be able to tell if he did it with the psd. Even if he ripped it then its his funeral as the person that requested it will eventually find out and could get in some trouble potentially.
I say it looks too much like a shitty version of GS logo. get away from the shield design and think outside of the box

It looks nothing like the GS logo
it just has a shield and so does the GS logo.

I like the second one , it's nicely done, the text goes very well with it
for the first one , the disco ball behind it totally ruins it . take that out :)

if you think it's a rip, discuss it with the mods/admins and let them handle it~

I have said this over and over, people make "logos" and complicate them way too much, this is more like a tag than anything else. Logos are supposed to be easily recognizable, and you can't do that by throwing in so many effects.

KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) is a phrase I live by for logos.
