Impossible.
Try individual tutorials first. If your designing your own blog then ditch Photoshop. Use Flash, Dreamweaver. Also, I'm pretty sure they have prebuilt blogging sites. Just make an account and then customize.
You need to check out youtube for beginners tips!
Then come on here, when you have the jist of the software, check out our tutorials
then do yo thang!
