looks good mate. only BG presentation is a bit flaw for me. But effects look good. render placing is nice. Text placing is a bit off coz it takes much attention,ill drag it lower if it was me. but that's just me. GOOD work mate :D

Nice blending, good environment she is placed in.
I do prefer the gradient map but try topping it of with another gradient map set on soft light (opacity 20%).
Also try sharpening it just a touch.
The text is very good, but the placement is .. Okay.. Try moving it down a bit.
Nonetheless, overall it is a great tag.

I think the text would look better placed around her tummy, but other than that I don't know what I'd change. Don't know why you called it a fail, I think it looks pretty good.
