I think you've overdone the smudging on the face... try bringing his right eyes back a bit more. Perhaps add a border ? The b/g looks a bit too empty, place a stock or some c4d's or both to make it neater. I like the text positioning and the color its nice. Overall needs improvement.

You dont need the text on this tag, I think its realy nice the colors match blending is great. maybe some splatters around him or something becouse there a bit to much like empty space. and maybe remove that effect around his right eye. gj time u improved :D
