Lol, you can give it to someone for like making you a signature or making a tutorial or giving resources..

Also to check how much rep you have just go to the User CP. :P

so when you lot post your work say cnc and +rep if you like it :)

I don't like reputation, everyone abuses it and does reputation for reputation.. Cripples the reputation system.

Besides, I don't see a point for it.
