Simple Signature

I want to keep the signature simple enough that I could make a nice tutorial for new users but am not really sure what other effects would look nice.

What effects do you think I should add?

Nice, you have improved... Like I have said alot of times, you should do some more signature not just Manga..

I guess so. :/ He didn't ask for any CnC so I didn't give any. And I couldn't really think of any effects ideas for him. Sorry...

how about some starlight? grab a galaxy stock and overlay, then play around with hue/saturation to give the lighting your wanted effect.

Also, I think it's a little too dark. Mind you, nothing wrong with dark, but I'm catching myself squinting to really get a good look at your focal. Try using some dodge and burn to bring back some attention to the girl.

Lastly, a border and text. for border just a simple stroke around the borders in black will do - as for text experiment with it. a font that's mysterious in some way, for the ambience.

Other than that, it looks decent, and I have no qualms on using manga as your subject. I find it can be a lot more...malleable for signage. Oh! and extra points if you can name where she's from.

They don't like me doing anime/manga because that is what I have been doing for 10 months and they have seen all my work pretty much :P

i pretty much do straight anime myself and if they don't like it too bad.

i enjoy it. and it's alot of fun when your an anime freak. Nice sig and nice c&c from brokenhawk i do agree if you give her more of a light source on the left side of her try a 300 px soft brush in white and just play with placing it down till you get the light coming from the perfect angle then just add some touch ups with dodge and burn

don't listen to the haters may anime signatures live on!

the tag just needs lighting thats all. :) just a bubble c4d that has a long ray will do to spice up the tag. :) dun go on effect for now if you wanted to keep it simple as possible.
