Just a little abstract piece I did.

looks nice... I thought it said FIGHT I was like wtf.....I don't like how the borders are overlayed or lower opacity make it solid perhaps ?

It's overall a very low quality piece, the borders isn't working out for me and the colors don't pop.
The effects seem a bit weak and the text could go.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Joey! :(
Its good, few changes would make it better.
Boarders dont tend to have part of the picture coming over it, make sure the boarder is top layer
It is quite low quality, perhaps filter>sharpen?
Also apply image and do Dodge, Sharpen etc... make the colours/light source pop out!
Text isnt too bad, get a light opacity shadow on it, then lower the 'Fill' and move it about maybe :/
