I totally like the first one! A lighting coming from the bottom would make it even more sexier than it is.Oh,and I would also sharpen the render a tad.

the light source in the bg doesnt match the light source you added. The light string thing in the middle is a little distracting on its own. I get what for your going for with this piece and i like it a lot

nice depth nice flow nice blending with your renders and effects just work on lighting as mentioned k.i.u.

color is a bit off it needed LS also maybe adding c4d bubbles and some effects to make it more lively.
