really bright tag i like the idea of your smudging but just the color choices and brightness of the tag is distracting your text placement also doesn't work well with it i like the font used though k.i.u.

luv the texture you have on it, but as said above some of the clours kinda feel wrong, maybe try layer masking a hue/sat to some of your layers to get more harmony :D
I feel the lines in the corners kinda don't need to be there, if you do some smudge work in those areas is will pull the eye view into the center rather than to the corners :D
