I do like the colors and concept, but that light source is a major bummer, imo.

The placement of it is odd. It seems to be just floating there and it's quite distracting. I would probably try getting it from the right side of the focal to match the flow if it.

Get some more contrast in there and spice up the green, make it pop more.
