Nice, the render nearly seems to be part of the background, but to the last degree in which it isn't.

Neat colors; seem to have a gritty feel to it.

What I don't like is the text.
I think it would be better 'straight' or rotated 'straight' and not perspectified as it is.

The reflection of the text shouldn't be so contrasting, rather, it should fade away near the south-eastern end of each letter.

Overall, good design.

i put the text like that to give the sig a focal point... kabal is looking towards the middle of the sig, and the text is looking like its pointing towards the middle of the sig... i agree with the text reflection... i should have darkened it some... but i have it set on overlay so no use in erasing any of the letters to fade them out since most of the area around the reflection is black, it doesnt show up too well...
