It's decent.

Pretty messy in some spots, the white blobs look weird, text is kinda meh aswell and get rid of that border. It also suffers from the "floating-head-focal" syndrome (pretty self-explanatory what that is).

However, I do like the depth of this and some effects in the background look pretty awesome. I also like the colours.

Let me just explain a few things to help you,
1. There is no white "blobs" they are called softbrushes.
2. Its just floating head syndrome

I like this, but what I'm confused about is the lighting. It's okay to have two light sources but they can't be the same brightness because it won't make sense.

The cat seems a bit too bright, add some blue to him.
