Face is nice if that was the effect you were going for.
But the hair is to crispy

Good idea, never thought to use topaz that way as a all out cartoon or w/e setting that is, I would say use a blur on the bits that stick out as second lines around the face/hands an left shoulder and it will be nice ^^
