Not bad for your first. Skin tone need improvement. Some shading would be cool too.

It's very spiky with hard edges everywhere, vectors hall be somehow eye pleasing. You have some white outlines around his head and hand, remove it. The clothes have pretty many details except the belt, so making his head and arms plain is a bad combo. You need to add skin details and an actual face >.z Also wheres his sword?

So to sum it up, work on adding details, such as shading and a face, highlights and shadows. The biggest issues is the hands and the face.

Good for a first try but it still has plenty of room for improvements ;)
