New sig, plus can anyone help me with text?

this is my new sig, its the first time, i have ever used clipping masks.

That tutorial is good for text basics. By no means is it set in stone, but I think it might help you. There are other great tutorials for text in the same section. :]
Text is hard, but just keep practicing.

Your sig looks pretty good, it could use some lighting though. You could try adding one in with a 200px soft brush, and then use the dodge and burn tools on an applied image to enhance the lighting everywhere else. The background could also probably use a light blur... like 0.3-0.5 gaussian on an applied image and erase your focal. Then you can adjust the opacity if you need to. Or you could use the blur tool on low strength if you want.
