It's nice, but your lighting seems too forced on, it's also completely white. Not really working.
I like the concept though.

Lighting isn't completely white =P.
But it was kinda to strong indeed.

V2 is good, no text. The lighting does seem forced, you have sunshine in the background appearing as yellow (possibly passing through the leaves), but then on the render it's rather strong and a white (or very close to white) light and glare. Render is a bit sharp as well, look for the contrasting colors, if you can easily make out the pixels then it's too sharp. It is a great tag mate and if you leave as is it's still great, but there are flaws, however minor they may be.
