Concept is there, smudging is kinda bringing it down. You could've went for a more realistic atmo if you continued with a stock BG, try to use different tones of blue and even different colors for your C4D's. Experiment with a few coloring techniques as well.

i 've tried this render too... it is fookin difficult to make a proper sig with.. you did a much better job then me with it!!

I also think you did a good job with colour, effects and flow. I don't see all the much wrong with it besides the front wheel, the smudge work there seems lq compared to the rest of the image :)
