The text can be done better, maybe a brighter color for it w/o outer glow.
The bloody hand is just there; try blending it in as I would presume it to be part of the BG, otherwise it'd look kind of pathetic just floating around in the foreground like that.
Every foreground item in your sig seems equi-distant.
In grunge, there really is no equality and balance; yes, there is some, but to an extent.
I think it would look nicer if you shortened the width of the sig and do the above. Maybe, after you blend in the BG, you can change fonts and what not, then lay it on top of the bloody hand.

Changed font, changed colours, resized and blended the hand print to background.
Nice, but the text could still be done better. Also try a 1px black border around the edge.
ive got a 1px border on there its orange/red so it doesnt stand out that much, will do with black though.
The text needs to stand out more... try making it brighter n the hand a bit duller...

i think certain parts of the sig needs to be brighter and darker the contrast looks almost the same on everypart....nice job :P
