i like the idea ofthe print on her shirt, but you should remove it from her body and hair.
well you alreasdy said that it is intended to be bright,.... but because of that you loose conttrast and detail. text near edges or in a corner don't work. place it near her head.

I know what you mean by the crazy bright, not everything has to look as if it's supposed to be real, but might I suggest that you darken up the sky behind her in the city just a tad to give it more pop to the fantastic light around her ?:D
