I like it but I think there should be alittle more of the ninja turtle showing.
get rid of teh text and make him stand out a bit more, otherwise great work :D
i like the smudge here, text can use some work and as said @above you should try to make the sprite stand out more since he is the center of attention in the sig right? :D anyway KIU!
Nice blending
The text seems quite simple & nice but it is too distracting from the main focal
Try to work on depth a bit to make the sprite POP a bit more

I made the sprite brighter and more visible, while also lowering the brightness of the text. Should I work on it more?

Yeah more effects imo.
The ninja tutrtle to me looks like it has a beak xD
i agree some nice fractals or c4d bubbles placed in the right spots will make this stand out more, looks good so far and its got potential.
