P.S; I know it looks Lq. But it is just on Gfvoid. I dont no why..

text is odd no focal those effects just shouldnt be there border is too big
..

I tried to do some thing you said;

make a new layer go to image > apply image and go to filter > render > lightning effects > 2o clock > omni
and place it on the girl so you focus more on the girl

Hmm its to dark as usual dude can i get the stock for this,

try working with colour and not darkening it to much
