i try to make deph only with shadows ...i don't realy add a lighting surce and a clear focus (face)..i am not sure for the text but this is only a experiment

i like it better sept now u need to add some of that blue in your bg from your eyes just a thought

Maybe to add in some more of the blue like his eyes, you could put in some of those coloured sparkles?
The text isn't bad, I like where it's placed. A font that's not so hand-writing-y might have been better. But I suck at text, so don't necessarily listen to me. >_>

no not the smoke effect just the blue color m8 just so u have some of that color in the bg as well because as is it clashing . like punky brewster
