love them both, i think the one with the text would be perfect if it had a tiny bit smaller text, that way it doesnt overpower it too much.
agreed with Krit if you made the text alot smaller and placed it a little bit down more and by the elbow it would look epic, amazing tag maybe a tut ??
I would have made the text smaller and rotated it to match that c4d right next to him and placed it on top, cause it's messing with the flow a bit, BUT THAT'S JUST ME. Nice tag though man, it's really nice. :]

Is a tad bit sharp, but not overly, doesn't detract from the tag imo.
I like it, I'm not a huge fan of the c4ds, the lighting is really nice looking though.
