Quite nice. I think the texture of the fire needs to be more realistic. Try looking at some other dragons breathing fire for ideas.
The dragon itself should have been brought out some more. I understand it's the fire element, but it seems a bit too focused on the fire.
The FX near the text look kinda odd. I'd remove that and the text as well, try making this a bit more clean, it'll look more visually appealing.

Nvm, you couldn't really do much with bringing the focal out.
That actually makes it a lot better for such a bad base to work off of.

I love what you did with the signature despite the stock you used. Nice job working around the cutoff on the bottom. I love all of the effects used and I actually love how the focus is on the dragon more than the fire. The only thing I don't like is the stroke on the texts.
