Blur on hat and hands are unreasonable imo. Liquify could work to create a flow, theyre a bit distracting atm. Nice try nonetheless. KIU on exploring mate :D

FX placement is bringing down your composition. They seem to scattered, place them closer to the focal to draw quick attention.

Try getting in better blending, the render seems slapped on.
FX and blending, work on those.
I currently prefer V2.
