The bubbles seem too dark. There is very LITTLE lighting which is bringing down this piece a lot. Fix up your lighting and brighten it up a bit, it seems too dull right now.
Try getting those bubble C4D's to be more lighter, black isn't working out.
FX and lighting. Work on those.
Oh, and please drop the border and text, it kills the atmosphere.

nice atmosphere in it, but the bubbles are too obtrusive in the peice, try changing the colour to blend more or lower the opacity.
You should also brighten it up and add a stronger light source in :)
And as derosion said, the text and border are killing it :P
