Effects are interesting, but your choice in colors are poor. Not very appealing and doesn't go well.

any sugestions to make it betteR?:D

this is pretty cool, your effects go nicely.
However, overall it seems over contrasted, it "clashes" and so doesn't blend together very well.
Try messing around with some gradient maps.
Also, the image seems a little LQ, you should move your text and lower the opacity of the white text as it stands out too much.
What did you do with the border? O.o it looks like you bevelled the full image or something.

nope this type of border its used in many sigs :) and it looks good :P

Yeah, little 1 px black stroke, or just none.

1) Text stands out to much.
2) Really nice effects, could you give me link to where you got them from?

NO border please. I like the colors, although I dislike that it looks like you just added a gradient map (not sure if you did, just how it appears), I don't like
the text and the lighting is alright. Overall it is a noice tag, effects, as mentioned is the strong point.
