SS throw away : Venom Supremacy

went boyish, found I just was'nt getting the light right.

Any SUGGESTIONS ?

c&c is nice but I'm really looking for tips and ideas for lighting & depth

erm, i think the background is too bright, when the light is right below/in front of him instead :P

i agree with eb on this one was about to mention i see why u tossed it was because u felt it just didn't feel right on lighting and the color choices for your bg . but he is such a cool render to work with :P gl and can't wait to see your final tag :P

I think if the bg was black with lots of blurred red sparkly thingies it would put on fancy pants. I like it now, just don't like the bg. And you cut off his nose! You need to give him his nose back or he will suffocate >.<

lol i didnt want to shrink him any more than he was an i wanted that angle !! the nose had to go !!!

but I won't be repeating the same mistake :P

I liked it, until i got sober ;) than i saw the flaws and just couldnt back track to figure out "WTF is wrong with this thing"

p.s i never really worked with "solidish" bg until this week, and I have to say I like it, an will try the black/red bg :)
