Somtimes simple is good but you want it to be memorable also, Imo this isn't memorable :(

Looks more like "DM" to me than "TM."

hmmm anyway i could improve it?

A different colour set would be a big improvement imo and disconnect the bottom of the T and M. Looks nice man.

seperate the left "leg" of the M from the T to clarify it a bit more, and use a solid colour rather than that line through the middle of it.

+ remove the drop shadow. :P
