I would swap Chem and 'Cold as Ice' around, dupe the Chem layer, motion blur it, put the duped Chem layer below the original Chem text, and play around with the blending.
That's what I would do anyways, some may think it looks great the way it is :)
but usually on books you find the title at the top, author at the bottom...
