Pretty simple, I like the little smudge on the left over there. I think you should blend Marcus in a bit more tho, smudge the right side of him in a bit and around his head just a little. Lighting seems to be working for the must part. If you added some more stuff this could probably turn out pretty nice.
I don't know what else to add!
I love brushes but I do not think I can use any that will work well on this.
And I am horrible with C4d.
Hm, maybe try out some fractals then, and erase the parts that seem a bit distracting? :]

If you put some gradients on it maybe the color would blend better, but I like the b/w personally. Don't forget to sharp your focal up a bit, not too much though. :]
