try to fix the render the head is kinda choppy and sharpen the focal a bit
drop/fix the text.
that green thing to the left should be dropped.
Try going back and just erasing a bit of smudging to see if you can find a better look in places.
what is that thing behind him? looks like a distraction. i dont like the blending much either.

It's very bright with a washed out yellow tone. Seems like you made some wrong turns with the adjustment layers.
