I would've liked to see you do more with the text on this one. Text is very plain. IMO if you can duplicate the text using MSPaint then your text isn't good enough :) Still a good design but I'm not sure what message you're trying to convey?

It's okay to be different and be a serial killer?

Only problem I have is that I think it would be 'afraid' instead of 'scared'.
