nice work with clipping masks.. but that blurred head distracts the attention .. remove it and place only clear logo.. some light source will be nice too, you can see lighting on his left hand/shoulder.. place it there

Your blurring is off and your clipping masks stand out a lot.
Try using some different type of media.

the left side is nice, but the right side get's messy and your blurring is weird, if you could fix that, especially that guy you blurred out, it would be a nice sig :)
