yes I know that the painting/shading is bad, didn't know how to fix it so i left it that way, might fix it up in the future.

Why does the balloon have tumors on top of it?

your shading is waaaay off, and the colours aren't bright enough imo.

What are you painting these with? GFX tab?

well tbh i think it be kinda cool , look at it this way it looks like a real painting as u would use the paints on a canvas like pastel or something like that or oil . so it looks ok imo but didn't u mom ever teach u to paint in the lines ? :) kiu bro

see if you removed the light bit in the middle and moved the top light bit to the left side more, it would look a lot better :)
