I'm not a painter but I'd say this looks pretty good, some of the shadow near the ground looks a bit overdone with where you have your lightsource.

im a painter and artist but not on the computer, only thing i would say thats kinda bad imo is the shaping is a tad off. The Cork/stem seems to not blend well and fit in that place, its either miss placed or your shading isnt right, also your shadow seems to go in circles and not blend well + that is off abit as well. Its good just needs a couple of touch ups

imo, its pretty good. you should try shading the core or stem also. shadow should be right side and that left side should be a little more faded. but good imo XD
