Just add some color into the BG and add a 1px border.

IMO the text doesnt seem right

You have an awesome render there so use the colours of it to your advantage. Try adding some colour to the background that match with the render itself. The brushed background is ok, but it doesn't have much depth. Maybe try added a couple more layers of brushing and use some different Blending styles (overlay, soft light, hard light, etc).

I like it I can see what its supposed to be but i dont think the text looks right. A little too techy maybe? Also i agree with fade about the background.
