It's okay, especially for a speedpaint, but more's needed on the face and headphone especially.
not too bad hosh keep it up the drawing is nice and nice use of colors
I like the sketchy feel to the hair, and the nose is cool ;D
This is very good for a speed paint, the shape of the headphones is a bit choppy, but that's my only complaint. I like the paintings that I've seen from you.

Her hair at the top left seems to randomly raise and it is a bit choppy but I'd say well done.
