Smudge is good.
The brightness on the top of his head needs to be adjusted.
Overall its nice but you can add some effects to make the tag dynamic.

maybe blend the render couse you see a black line around him
and the colors are wierd

I fixed up the blue area.

text is not necessary everywhere. As for the effects, you can use c4d's.
in this tag, you can use some effect c4d's or monochrome c4d's.
they are really cool.
