Work on your lighting, depth a bit (burning only.. your bg blur is nice), and sharpen up the focal a bit there mang. Effects are good, but maybe add some GMs in there or something to get the colors flowing. Not too bad, keep it up.

I would say you have used the c4d's nicely. Just create a lightsource.
as for the b/g, on the left hand side reduce the blur a bit in few areas, so that it blends well with the render and c4d's. Dont let the b/g stand out completely from the render.
Overall a very nice m8.
