only problem is the line that stays in the middle, but i didn't save the .swf, and for some reason that only showed up when i changed it to a .gif, but anyways, i like the idea i used :P

i saw you had that ages ago, you only post it here now?
and just open the gif in imageready and take out the line on each frame

btw, i know howto do them, but shape tweens wont work for me, is there something that i mgiht be doing totally wrong (i just make a motion tween from a shape o another then convert to shape tween)

yo db, ur really close, and thats what i started out tryin to do, but it's way easier, just start with the text you want, then hit "ctrl+B" twice, this breaks the text down so it is in paths then up in the frame bar make a new keyframe about 15 frames down and put in the new text and hit ctrl+B twice again then click anywhere in the first text frame area and look down at the bottom, change this:http://www.imghst.com/uploads/indosilver/tween2.png
the finished frame should look like this:http://www.imghst.com/uploads/indosilver/tween1.png, but you can add on more tween if you want
ok, cause every time i did it, it made the shape start.. then it disappeared on the tween and then came back as what it was ment to be on the end bit
