I haven't seen many from you but the ones I have seen, this one is probably the best! You did a really good job with your effects because it looks like he is kinda coming out of the wall thingy, and that always looks good. Where you put your text was risky, but I worked this time and looks good, I like the reflection thingy too. The only thing I would change is to make that black line above the reflection a little thinner and less noticeable.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions and comments. Higly Appreciated. I will keep your suggestions in mind. This is my latest work and I have tried a lot to concentrate on minute details. May be If I took Help from some Tut It could have been much better.
