add a motion blur at low opacity and sharpen the face.
Very nice. It's simple and smooth and pretty and the colors are perfect. I love it =D
If there is topaz on this I would suggest you clean up the goggles a little, they distract me becuase they have a large amount of texture for something that should be clean :)
I like the effects :D very subtle but just the right touch ^^
