No.. Really dont smudge. ;p
I use small parts of c4d's put them about 18 times or some on the tag to fill the car. Then do a apply image with just the C4d's and change the color to your likings. Then do a few bubbles. Do a dodbe and burn layer, sharpen and blur for depth. Then topaz two parts, the bg and focal. And some other things, I cant remember that... xD

It isn't that hard. Although it has 40 + layers.

Even there is a tut for it.
