Render looks distorted and low quality and your blending, lighting and text could use some practice. Keep at it though, lots of practice will help tons.

The render/stock is a little squashed... I feel you're almost there! Have you tried any tuts?

Asking for someone to say nothing negative will never get you anywhere. Sure positive feels nice but in the end so what you don't improve.

Text is not very good. I recommend not using text but that's my opinion as I see little use for text.
And as everyone else has said the render does like lq and takes up way too much space.

Keep reading up tutorials and practicing to get better.
