this character makes me feel like your colors are off a bit i don't think the purple and orange gradient was best choice for this tag but like the concept m8 kiu :)

you shouldnt mix so many colors, chad is more of a red/white/black character, orange seems off a bit and thats what you used the most for effects and most of the complicated stuff of the sig, i like it but the colors doesnt match, you got a few right but...you know, well, i cant wait too see more kiu.
