I don't see any flow D:
everywhere distintive flow is not needed as long as tag blends well. the blending is good. you can work on dynamic lighting. the tag will open up with this. The overall quality of the tag can be improved. It seema a bit LQ. Try using High Pass if you dont like using topaz or if you are not familiar with it.
